Ignite Hubs Booking Terms
These are our event terms and conditions. They outline your rights with regards to the booking to make sure you have the best experience possible.
By placing an order through our website and related pages, you confirm to Ignite Hubs International that:

You will agree to comply with all lawful directions given by the venue where the event is being held and/or those given by any authorised representative;

You are over 18 years of age

You are able legally to enter into a binding contract

You have completed the registration procedure

The details you provide during the registration process are complete and correct. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of your failure to provide us with correct and up-to-date information.
Registration must be made through one of our chosen payment services providers. In order to make a payment through one of these providers, you will need a credit, debit card or a PayPal account. From time to time, we may change the providers through whom we will accept payments. If we do so, we will update the list of providers accordingly. Alternative payment options and requirements may be offered.
In the event your credit or debit card is declined we will email to advise that your registration has not been completed.
Cancellations made any time after 1st June 2022 will be completely non-refundable but is transferable.
Where an event is regrettably cancelled or re-scheduled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you have provided us with at the time of booking. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you for travel, accommodation or any other related service as a result of a cancelled event.
It is regretted that pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
A ‘No Smoking’ policy applies inside all of the buildings and as directed by the venue.
There is no childcare available at these events and parents are responsible for their children at all times during the events, including when meetings are taking place.
We would ask you to make us and the reception staff aware of any access requirements, this includes for example, but is not limited to seats being removed to enable the customer to remain in their wheelchair, wheelchair storage following a transfer, storage of Motability scooters, specific seating (i.e. close to the front, avoidance of steps, on an aisle).
Bookings should be paid in full by 30th July 2022. We retain the right to cancel and delete any booking where we have sufficient belief it will not be paid before the event.
We retain the right to cancel and delete any portions of a booking or an entire booking by written notice if we have sufficient reason to believe any guest(s) registered pose a threat, might cause upset, nuisance, difficulty or unwelcome behaviour to other guests, staff, and/or volunteers attending.
Where applicable, guests will be placed in shared rooms in response to their preferred room share request. We cannot guarantee your request will be matched, but the team will do all they can to fulfil any room share requests made.
Single occupancy is subject to availability.
Guests must stipulate any medical or physical conditions that we should know about for their safety. We do not need to know about any conditions that will not affect your stay at the event. Guests are advised to book suitable for any medical and/or physical needs of theirs.
Guests who have any allergies or special dietary requirements must stipulate their condition or requirements by emailing events@ignitehubs.org
Videoing or photographing persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the parent or guardian.
Photography of the event is permitted for personal use only.
Attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss (including, without limitation, theft) of any property occasioned on the event premises or at external venues.
Guests are responsible for the insurance of their own effects whilst at the event and any possible cancellation costs.
Guests will be allocated places to the event on a first come, first served basis. We regret that if we have reached maximum capacity for on-site accommodation at the time of booking, your booking may be rejected.
English Law governs these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved before the courts of England.
We have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice or liability permitted under applicable law.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite Hubs International accepts no liability for any of the following:

any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;

loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
-
any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
General
You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
